Manitoba Hydro Downtown Office Tower

This state of the art facility was Winnipeg’s first high rise in many years. The building has 22 stories, and has 65,000 m2 (700,000 sq. ft). It has won energy efficient awards and is LEED Platinum certified. The heating and cooling system is geothermal based and equipment provided includes over 400 in floor fan coils and hundreds of variable frequency drives.
