Sage Creek Bonavista K-8 School

École Sage Creek Bonavista is a two-storey 103,000 sq.ft K–8 French immersion school built to serve up 900 students from the Sage Creek and Bonavista communities. The facility which opened its doors in September 2025 includes an industrial arts space, home ec room, gym and mini-gym, library and a child-care centre. Midwest Engineering supplied a comprehensive HVAC solution designed to support occupant comfort, indoor air quality, and efficient operation across a variety of space types. Major equipment provided for the project include a Tempeff ERV, Daikin air handling units and a Daikin air-cooled chiller. The completed system delivers reliable performance and supports a healthy, adaptable learning environment for students and staff, aligned with the long-term operational needs of the Louis Riel School Division.
